Confidential Close Call Reporting System (C3RS) Website
As a new pilot-site reporting system, C3RS required the launch of
a website that was professional, informative, and with accessibility
to expand with growth. It's design and content was cohesive with other
materials being developed so as to provide a branding recognition to
reporters, in additon to being user-friendly
